Daily Weather Monitoring
We monitor weather forecasts daily — not just the morning of. When there's a 20–30% or higher chance of rain, we pause work proactively. We'd rather lose a day of production than risk water getting into your home.
On days when we can work, our crew moves fast. Most roofs are completed in 2–3 working days, so even with the occasional weather delay, projects wrap up quickly.
Watertight Every Night
At the end of every work day, any exposed sections are sealed with high-quality synthetic underlayment. This material is fully waterproof and can handle rain overnight without any issues. Your home is protected 24/7 throughout the entire project.
We don't use cheap tarps or hope for the best. Our synthetic underlayment is the same material that goes under your finished shingles — it's designed to keep water out.
