Complete Tear-Off
Removing the existing layer of composition roof down to the deck.
Deck Inspection
Cleaning and inspecting the deck for dry rot and structural issues.
Synthetic Underlayment
ProGuard synthetic felt, nosing over fascia boards, and a starter course around the perimeter.
Premium Shingles
CertainTeed Landmark or Owens Corning Duration laminated composite shingles installed.
Vents & Plumbing Jacks
All new plumbing vents, plumbing jacks, ventilation vents, and ridge installed or replaced.
Cleanup & Haul-Away
Painting vents, daily cleanup, magnetic nail sweep, and hauling away all debris.

Flat-Rate Repair Pricing
Need a repair instead of a full replacement? We keep it simple with straightforward, flat-rate pricing. No hidden fees, no hourly surprises — just an honest rate that includes materials.
All-Inclusive Rate
Materials included — no additional costs.
For example, 1 person for 1 day is $1,500. A bigger job needing 2 people for 1 day — or 1 person for 2 days — is $3,000. We'll assess the scope and give you an exact cost before we start.

What materials are used for a new roof installation?
We primarily use CertainTeed Landmark or Owens Corning Duration shingles. Premium and Triple Layer options are available upon request. Every installation also includes ProGuard synthetic underlayment, RESISTO sticky membrane on low-slope sections as needed, new plumbing vents and jacks, and new ventilation vents and ridge.
How long is the work guaranteed for?
Every roof replacement comes with a 5-year labor warranty. Your shingles are also backed by the manufacturer's warranty — which can extend significantly further depending on the product line and our certified installer status.
Do you require down payments?
We don't believe in big upfront deposits. We want you to feel secure as the work moves forward.
When is payment due?
Final payment is due upon completion of the project.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We make it easy — we accept credit cards, checks, and electronic/Zelle payments.
Do you install flat roofs?
Yes. We install TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) membrane roofing for flat and low-slope roofs. TPO is a durable, energy-efficient system that's ideal for covered patios, garage extensions, and any flat roof section. Contact us for a custom quote — flat roof pricing varies by project.
